Here are specific directions & pictures of what you'll see when you get here:

from phoenix/scottsdale: take the 202 East (red mountain expressway) through north Mesa. Take Power Rd. exit.  At Power Rd. turn left. Stay in the left lane, then just before the next traffic light, take a left into Red Mountain Office Suites. You'll see K pilates on the corner(as in the picture below). I'm in the same building as K pilates, just on the other side of the building. Go down the walkway btwn. K pilates & anti-aging medicine. I'm the last door on the right. The suite #, 104 is above the door.

Corridor to suite 104 is on the north (left) side of the same building as k pilates, as you look at the building from the parking lot.
